Works Fantastic
I made the best biscuits in this camping with absolutely no stick. It was my first time using the oven and I forgot to use the bottom part but it still turned out great. Why the oven doesn’t come with this originally I don’t know.

Non stick or silicone... ?????
I chose to get the nonstick pan instead of the silicone liner due to the ease of clean up and it won't discolor as silicone does. It has worked well. I am still getting used to the Omnia Oven and learning how to use it. I think its fun to try. Hubby is less than impressed with my mistakes. Ha....

No contact of aluminum with foods.
Mostly I'll bake corn or oat breads, but great for many other things too on most any camp stove anywhere.

Not as described
The description says that pan is ceramic coated. It doesn't look like it to me. The baking tray is heavier than the entire pan. I expected more and am disappointed by what I received. It is expensive and had I known, I would not have ordered it.
