I love the New Chapter products. These vitamins work very well for me. There is a very significant level in my energy level taking this vitamin. This vitamin has fermented nutrients that helps the absorption into my body. I’ve tried others because of cost, but the others were no comparison.

These are very good. I feel more energetic. However, they are just too large for me to swallow. Breaking them in halves or fourths don’t work for me. The sharp edges are hard to get down. I have to cut them into sixths and still be cautious about sharp edges. I’ll wait and see if I get tired of the extra work and worry. I’m going to start looking for something comparable in a capsule just in case. Too bad.

I tracked my foods on a food app and even though I ate a healthy well-balanced diet, I was falling short on some nutrients, so I know I need the New Chapter Multivitamin.
