It replaces the traditional water pan to provide even indirect heat, reduce flare-ups, extend charcoal burn time, and enhance smoke flavor—delivering consistent, efficient, and mess-free low & slow cooking.

## Description

The Fire Dial will result in EVEN cook temps for the entire cook. Will hold rock steady with no adjustments once your coals are up to temp. Results in less fuel consumption & quicker starts. The Heat Diffuser Plate may be placed on the existing brackets just below the bottom grate level, where the water pan sits. This is a DIRECT fit for your wsm. Helps attain solid cooks with a low & slow cooking method. LavaLock The water pan is no longer needed, but can be easily put back if desired. This baffle plate allows the meat to cook in its own juices. We recommend seasoning with cooking oil. Great price, get yours! This dial size is compatible with 22 in. WSM. The Fire Dial will equalize temps across your WSM.

**Q: What gauge is it?**
A: Not sure it’s pretty sturdy though

**Q: Is the 22" WSM ver different size than the kettle 22" ?**
A: The kettle is a charcoal grill. The WSM is a charcoal smoker.

**Q: Do you remove the bowl all together?**
A: Yes I have removed the bowl, but keep the bowl, incase you want to do a cook with water in it...but I have removed the bowl when I use the fire-dial

**Q: Does this work with your rib hanger?**
A: I don’t have a rib hanger but knowing this is sits pretty much on top of the bowl I would think so. Because the ribs don’t dangle in the bowl anyhow. Hope that helps
