This is the best supplement that I take. It has a bevy of anti oxidants that help me feel better every day. The D3 is supported by K2 which helps in absorption. In addition, this supplement has resveratrol, Co-Q10, vitamin E and C. The NAD+ is an added cell helper that fits in with the rest of the anti oxidants. It is gluten free and non-GMO so I feel there is added care in how it was formulated.

I usually take my supplements individually, but this one has so many of the ones I take daily all included in one capsule.
