How do i use it? Freshly washed hair and conditioner then spray on wet hair to help it?

I used it on both with wet and dry hair. It is just basically a perfume for your hair. I personally did not care for the scent that does not mean someone else wouldn’t, and it didn’t seem to last long either and the bottles are extremely small. But it could be used either one for dry hair or wet.

Why does this have 4 out of 5 stars when I only see 3 reviews and they are all 1 star reviews ?

Probably because people aren't familiar with these types of products!! I buy all kinds of hair products and this one gets 5 stars from me!
