Not too sweet pistachio cream
I used this pistachio cream in a cheesecake and it worked out beautifully. I will say this pistachio cream tastes more savoury side of ones I’ve used previously, and is a bit saltier than I wanted, but still worked out. This size is adequate as I didn’t need a lot really anyway. The consistency is smooth, and I imagine would spread well.
