This is a highly regarded supplier. It is genuine Manuka with certified MGA of 262 minimum. This is the level that provides the benefits from using honey for nutritional support. The price for this is the same as others for only 8.1oz. Excellent value! I use it every morning to help me choke down my super high phenoletic extra virgin olive oil, which tastes terrible without first coating my mouth with the earthy flavor and thick consistency of the Manuka honey. Makes for a doubly good healthy supplement routine.

Tastes great. Arrived like pure honey (NO crystallization) with a long expiration date. True certified New Zealand Manuka honey. I take a full teaspoon every night before bed for calm sleep.

I didn't fully recall how small a jar of 8 ounces of honey would be. For the $$, I was disappointed with the smallness of the jar. However, I was relatively pleased with the taste, although it took a "minute" to get used to it. Also, the honey was much thicker and slower to pour than expected. I'm probably on the fence about whether I will buy more just because of the cost per ounce. We'll see.

I purchased this because I have bilateral bone on bone and arthritis in my knees, have noticed my finger joints getting sore and have carpal tunnel in both wrists! I wanted to try something holistic instead of my steroid injections, I studied manuka and sorry for those of you who's Dr. said it is just the hype (A) unless your Dr. studies holistic medicine they will not understand it (B) your Dr. is taught just about big Pharma I know this because I worked in a Dr.s office and I worked EMS for years! This honey is NOT your standard honey (A) it is thick like a warm caramel and the coloring too (B) sweetness is dependent on if you crave sweets or salty foods, I prefer sweets so I enjoy this sweetness but there is a slight medicinal taste, I started with the lower MGO 10 so the higher you go the more medicinal it will become but so will the benefits! So start low and Do not expect the grocery store version you have grown familiar with! (C) This can be applied to wounds,eaten off a spoon or added to a hot beverage BUT if you choose this method wait 30-60 seconds before adding manuka so it keeps it antibacterial properties (D) Because this it comes from the tea tree unlike the honey you buy at grocery stores here, this honey has probiotic properties and can be helpful to those with H. Pylori, my Mom is allergic to the antibiotics the Dr. Wants to prescribe her there are 2 but she starts to hallucinate the Dr.s say there is nothing else to do so she runs a risk of stomach cancer BUT with manuka it is now a game changer! Some say it is expensive BUT pay now pay later your health is worth more than the cost of the honey! As far as energy yes much better, I was on over the counter vitamins B, D had sleep study done lost weight BUT I was still tired, now I can get through the day with minimal sleep and still be good to go! So if you are on the fence do your homework know that prescribed meds are NOT always the answer and Dr.s don't always know it all, medicinal meds have been around for years and are coming back for a reason, the cost is getting to high with synthetic man made drugs and discovering years later the effects it was having on our bodies or the addictions! Give it a try and give it time, your body did not start hurting over night this will take a little time to get in the body and start doing it's magic,bi will be making the step to the next level up after 1 more round of the lower dose! I really enjoyed this Manuka honey. It has a rich, natural flavor and a nice smooth texture. I like that it doesn’t taste overly sweet, and the quality seems great. I’ve been adding a little to tea and having it on its own. Overall, I’m very happy with it and would definitely buy it again.

Love this manuka honey! I use it for my dog. He has a very sensitive stomach and this works great to soothe his belly and it makes a wonderful way to get him to take his daily probiotics. I just mix the probiotic powder into a small amount of honey and he licks it right up every morning. The honey smells and tastes delicious. It comes sealed so I feel confident it is fresh and safe to eat. In the past I’ve used manuka honey to aid in the healing of stitches. A previous dog had kidney stone surgery and her stitches healed faster than the vet expected. I think it was from the manuka honey I applied to them. It’s also a great natural antibiotic ointment. So it not only helped her heal faster but it kept the wound from getting infected. This stuff is great for many uses. Google it and you will see. I highly recommend.
