I started having some pelvic pain (PGP) a couple of weeks ago, possibly exercise-related or due to being a few months pregnant. After purchasing this, I began wearing it when I need to walk for more than 20 minutes or during light dumbbell workouts. It does help relieve the pain and makes my lower body feel more stable and comfortable overall. The belt itself is also very well designed and fits me well. I plan to continue using it throughout my pregnancy and hope it will eventually help resolve the pain.

Purchased this belt to replace an existing one and this is great! I love it's ease in adjustment. Has helped reduce pain. I do not sleep in it, but I do wear it all day at work and it stays in place easily.

It's pretty simple to put on and take off. The velcro works really well. I use it when walking and it does help with the pain.

I rarely write reviews. This belt is amazing it worked the minute I put it on. I had lower back pain near my sacrum for two weeks.The belt helped straighten out my pelvis making it comfortable walking and working. I'm still recovering. This product is exactly what I needed to help manage pain and putting my alignment back.

At first, I didn’t think it was worth it. I wore it for a half a day and really didn’t feel any different with my sciatica. So I waited three or four more days try it again. I adjusted it differently on my body and wore the entire day and I’m so thankful I did. It has made such a difference with pain management where I might have a little bit of pain where I can make an adjustment with my leg. I wear it every day now as long as my sciatica is flared up and I can get through the day with no problems so glad I bought this and so glad I didn’t just disregard not wearing it. It’s a great price and it’s fast delivery and which I really appreciate highly recommend anyone trying this.

This belt was helpful for my SI pain. It is not a complete relief but an improvement. The regular size belt did fit well despite the fact that my measurement was only an inch smaller than the 44" size. I found it tolerable for several hours at a time but could not imagine it being comfortable for all day. The belt could be improved if it were slightly wider in the back and sides. It slides a little bit with position changes but is easily pulled down without removing and refastening. It is well made and the velcro is quite strong, though I don't know if use over time would weaken it.

This hip belt has been surprisingly helpful and much more comfortable than I expected. It provides a nice amount of support around the lower back (specifically my sacroiliac joint) without feeling overly bulky or restrictive, making it easy to wear while going about normal daily activities. The adjustable design fits perfectly with room to spare (I got a Regular for my size 38" waist), and allows you to find the right level of compression and stability, which is important since everyone's need is going to be a little different. Even through extended use, it stays relatively comfortable and remained in place well, also during frequent sitting and standing. It has a nice compression that just helps me feel more stable and comfortable, which I'm very happy for. All in all, I found it be be very supportive and helpful, and exactly what I needed. Durable velcro, thick enough to be useful but not obvious under clothing, and no funky material smells. Definitely recommended for anyone with sacroiliac pain!

I have suffered for years with lower back issues. If I try to do light yard work or house cleaning I feel my back go out and the pain starts. I purchased this belt to wear at such times and get some extra support. It worked! It’s so easy to put on; I even wear it under my clothes and no one can tell. It’s adjustable so you can make it as tight as you like.
