At 5mg the person has to take 5 to 8 a day. The dissolving action is very pleasant and the flavor reminds them of Sprite. Too bad there isn't a higher dose available, but we signed up for a subscription and save even more so it's fine. They do arrive a little dusty but the pills all seem whole so that hasn't caused any issues with potency.
