Great sandal, don't leave them sitting in the sun :)
I was looking for a nice comfortable and inexpensive sandal, planning to be on my feet standing and walking around for a long period of time. Based on the other reviews, I bought this sandal. It has been my favorite sandal this summer! I think it fits really well. I got my normal size 10. I love how it feels walking on them-I had to get used to it because I had been wearing simple flat flip flops, and these are definitely a cushiony feel! I actually have liked them so much, I'm planning to give them as some Christmas gifts this year. One time I wore them to do some work outside, and just used the garden hose to wash them off; left them outside in the hot sun to dry and when I put them on again, they had shrunk. I noticed another reviewer mentioned this, so I wouldn't make this mistake again, and now I know not to do that! It wouldn't keep me from buying another pair. I've been very comfortable in these and think they have a 'neutral' look to them that works with a skirt or shorts, or pants...casual and comfortable on warm days.

Super comfy, comparable to oofos
Great value. I actually ordered oofos in size 9 and these in size 8. I am usually a 9 so definitely consider sizing down. I am ordering the khaki instead of this nude color and intend to keep those. They are just as comfy if not more than the oofos I also got, more color options and less wide. I've got narrow feet so I didn't like the boxy oofos. Keeping she values, returning oofos. The oofos are in the right on this photo and the she values on the left. Love them other than the color! Think khakis will be perfect.

Super cushiony house slippers
I got these to wear around the house after many years of only wearing socks inside, on hard tile floors. (I learned that wearing outdoor shoes inside the house tracks in all sorts of awful stuff like herbicides/pesticides, heavy metals, dog poop, tar, etc, so I decided I need a no shoes rule at home.) But after many years of mostly being at home, with no arch support or cushioning, I started having plantar fasciitis symptoms and could feel my arches falling. I recently went to a running shoe store to get new shoes, and the sales lady urged me to try Oofos sandals to wear as house slippers, to support my arches. They felt great, but they were very expensive, too expensive to get in addition to nice running shoes. So I decided to try these cheaper knock offs, and was not disappointed. I did see reviews saying there’s an uncomfortable seam on the side of the thong piece, but even though I’m very sensitive, I didn’t find that bothersome. There is mild discomfort at the thong area, but it’s just the nature of flip flops, and Oofos caused the same problem in the store. Immediately when I put these on, I felt tremendous relief, stepping into such a cushiony sole. The arch support feels great, to the point that I can’t believe how many years I tolerated the feeling of hard tile under my socked feet. They do feel true to size, even accommodating my wide toe area. They look fine, not super flattering, but definitely not ugly and orthopedic looking. I think for the price these are fantastic. Soles are flexible, not stiff at all. I can’t speak to durability at this point, since I just got them, but I will post an update if they fall apart. As for versatility, I think they could be pretty versatile if I were them outside the house. They would definitely work with shorts, skirts, dresses and even jeans. But I’m not gonna leave the house in them, as that would defeat the purpose of having clean house slippers.

Great Arch Support!!
Struggling with plantar fasciitis and finally got inserts from the Good feet store. Everything‘s slowly worked out, but I was terrified to wear sandals and bring that pain back. These sandals are amazing! They have incredible arch support, and it feels like you’re walking on clouds truly. Highly recommend! I do want to say that they run a little big? I’m normal size 9 women’s, it seemed like the arch was in the wrong spot so I sized down to the 7.5/8. They are perfect! Btw I left my black ones out in the baking sun for two days and found out they shrink. lol. Not sure if that’s a fluke or not. I’ve been wearing the navy and nude all summer long and nothing else shrank from heat during wear or shade. I will be ordering more!

Not Pretty, But My Feet Love Them!
I originally purchased two pairs of these several months ago, and I liked them so much that I recently ordered more just to have them on hand. These are extremely comfortable. I’ve worn them constantly all summer, both around the house and outdoors. They have a lot of cushioning but still provide good support, and my feet feel great in them even after wearing them for long periods. The downside is that they’re definitely not the prettiest sandals. I personally don’t wear them when I’m going out somewhere, but for around the house and yard, they’re my go-to shoes. They’re also fairly expensive for such a basic-looking pair of flip-flops. That said, the comfort has made them worth the price for me. The fact that I’ve gone back and bought more probably says it best.

Slippahs
I wear a version of these exact shoes everyday because I have bone spurs. I used to go barefoot everywhere! Not anymore because if I do, I suffer immensely! I have extremely high arches as well and I could use even more support, but for now it’s the bone spurs! They are flexible and durable enough. They fit perfectly, and suit my wardrobe needs based on where I live. They look good and because I have several pairs of different colors they work great! They’re not adjustable but they do grip like crazy! Sometimes too much grip as I age causing me to stumble a bit. But they’re definitely worth it for me because they reduce the pain in my feet from going barefoot my entire old life.

These long-toed flip-flops FLIPped me twice so they're FLOPS as shoes. They also SHRINK in the sun!
I first hought these seemed like fairly substantial flip-flops until I "lost" them. (One got away in a wave. I live at the beach." So, I ordered another pair. Oops! The problems started there. First, I started tripping over the end of the sandals. I think they must be made for tallish people with long fingers and toes. I sized down for my second pair because even though I'd almost tripped and fallen in them the first time I got them, I figured that maybe they just ran large. No. they don't run large. The second pair left my big toe and second toe feeling, somehow, cramped, even though the flip-flop STILL extended about two-thirds of an inch or more beyond the end of my big toe. My usual size is 7.5 to 8. Admittedly, the first pair probably was too large -- the sizing is weird on these. a 7.5 should fit 7.5 to 8. But if you get an 8 anyway and not the 7.5 - 8, it is too large. And if you get the 7.5 - 8, the foot part is too small, but the toe-length is too large. Even with the 7.5 - 8 size, the toe-length STILL extends too far beyond the front edge of my foot so I didn't dare wear them for walking the dog on the street (no sidewalks on the beach street) because if the dog gave chase unexpectedly and I fell in front of a car --well -- I hate to imagine. But, the very worst part is this: When you go to the lake, or to the beach, do you walk right indoors with sand on your shoes? Or, do you leave them by the outside of the front door? Or, ever leave them in the car? I made that mistake with the second pair. And I almost thought I was onto something the second time. What I discovered by accidentally leaving them on the outdoor dining table in the sun, was that if you leave them there all day, the sun will cook them a bit. And when you go back to put them on, if they're too long, they'll fit better. EXCEPT, JUST DON'T DO IT A SECOND TIME. The second time, I left them in the back of the car (crossover). It got hot inside the car. the shoes cooked again. The next time, the 7.5 - 8 shoes were soooooo small, that I could not even get them on. Maybe they were a size 4.5 or 5. So, it's a total loss now. I will NEVER buy these again. I got them thinking that they might be a good substitute for the slightly more expensive Aetrix sandals that are meant to accomplish being a beach flip flop while ALSO being attractive AND ORTHOPEDIC. These were a bit too soft underfood, anyway, but as long as they fit I was willing to put up with that PLUS THE DANGEROUS part of possibly tripping over the end of the shoe as it scraped along the street of the foot being left behind as the other foot walked ahead of it in the course of ongoing strides up the street. That too-long part did scrape the street too many times for comfort, and if I'd fallen because of that it would not have been pretty. I almost did fall a couple of times but caught my balance before going down. Anyway, if you have balance issues OR toe-lengths that are not borne of being long-legged and long-limbed in general (my legs and arms are slightly shorter than average size, but hardly by much at all and no one ever notices it except for me), then these might be dangerous on you. Also whatever they are made of is NOT as narrow as the rubbery stuff that drug-store sandals are made from. These sort of pretend to be drug-store sandals in terms of their general look. Except they aren't. They're more expensive. And shaped differently. And, the very thick THONG part, that goes between the big toe and the second toe is not terribly comfortable. Since these sort of play at being "orthopedic," I embraced that at first, thinking it had something to do with their "orthopedic" nature. But, no! I've word plenty of good, solid, Hawaiian-style flip-flops with much prettyier and narrower toe-thongs , and it is NOT necessary to have a thick and awkward thong, or a too-long, front-of-foot toe extension on a sandal that purports to be orthopedic. Just because the arch of your foot can feel the height of the shoe's instep does NOT mean that the shoe has been properly anatomcially designed for your foot. So, I am going back to the proper sizing and fabricating material of a REAL orthopedic mainland flip flop, and maybe even back to the Hawaaian style I had been buying before I tried to save some bucks with these. If you fall in them (which I've done, now, twice, without specifically blaming the shoes for the fall -- I pinned those falls on rocks, or irregular street surface, or whatever -- I now think maybe if I'd been wearing a REAL ortho sandal I might NOT have lost my balance quite so easily.)) you won't know the outcome until it happens. Luckily my two falls just resulted in skinned knees and skinned elbows, and skinned palms. However, if I'd been a few years older, it might also have resulted in broken nose, or, worse, broken hip. So, that's why I finally reviewed these "flip flops" In my view, you not only will flip over in them if you wear them consistently, but they also are a big flop when it comes to safety.

Comfy, run big by about a half size...
Very squishy and comfy. I first ordered the Black in 7.5-8 being that is my usual size but found them about a 1/2" too long in the toe area but kept them anyway. I decided I liked them enough to get more colors but in a smaller size. (I tripped on the extra length a couple times) So I ordered Brown (for wearing in my home on hard tile floors) and the Red which is so hard to find. Colors - Brown is a nice med brown but the Red is not a true red as I had hoped for, it's more of a orangy-red. Sizing: 7-7.5 fit me perfect with about 1/4" from toes to the end of the shoe so I would call them running about a 1/2 size larger than normal sizing. The black pair were stamped 39 on the bottom and the two smaller sizes had 38 on the bottom which is what usually will fit my true 7.5-8 sized feet. I see some say they shrink in the sun so maybe I'll put the black ones in the sun for a bit! ;-) 4* because of sizing being off. Hope this helps you decide if these are right for you!
