They are phenomenal!
If you’re on a low-carb diet, here is something amazing. These taste just like homemade noodles. They are phenomenal.

These are delicious!
I am truly impressed! I didn't expect these to taste so delicious. You can't tell that they are low carb. My husband is diabetic, and I try to cook as low carb as possible. However, he is very picky, and he couldn’t tell that these are low carb. I’ve recommended them to friends and family, and they were also impressed.

Delicious
I love & enjoy Carba-Nada fusilli pasta. Easy to fix. I can't tell that it is reduced carb by the taste as there is no difference. It is a little pricy, but I'm not eating it every day. It's worth a try if you are watching carbs.

Awesome but not what I paid for
I’ve bought this past several times and am convinced this is the best low carb pasta on the market. This is my third time buying a box of 6 bags but this time I was only sent one bag. Really disappointed because of how awesome this pasta is, the price isn’t worth just one bag. Hopefully Amazon will correct this. Otherwise, this pasta is legitimately dope. Seriously.

Love these but read update.
I have been buying the Carba Nada fettuccine for yrs and was really wanting a different shape. Was so glad to find these. Can’t tell they r low carb!! Makes great Mac n cheese!Update—-again these r great but that said I don’t really think these as low carb as listed. No matter how little I eat of the pasta and add lots of veggies my blood glucose is still really high when I check it. Is it just me or has anyone else noticed that when they check their glucose?? The fettuccine pasta didn’t do that to me.

my go-to for pasta
I have no choice but to go low carb on my pasta. I've tried many different kinds and this one is my favorite. I use it for pasta salads, mac 'n' cheese and even with marinara. It's all good. The texture is perfect and you can boil to your preference. No odd flavors. The whole line of Carba-Nada pastas are good, but this is the most versatile for my needs.

Good pasta-once you know how to use it
There's no doubt about it-made according to the label directions, this pasta has an off-puttingly rubbery texture. Why then did I give it 4.5 stars? Do what any creative cook would do-play with your food, and you can make tasty dishes with this, like my cheesy mac'n broccoli, pictured above. When you cook this, boil it first for about 12-15 minutes, not the five minutes mentioned on the package. Then LET IT SIT IN THE HOT WATER for a few minutes. You're kidding right? Doesn't pasta turn to mush if you let it sit? Not this pasta! I haven't tried simmering it in tomato sauce yet, but I am sure that it's good that way as well. Sauce it up, season it up, and let it sit in the fridge overnight to absorb the flavors. If you're not a fan of firm pasta, this may not be for you, but if you enjoy a chewy bite, this pasta is a good compromise for people who can't afford to let their pasta go to waist. I was very skeptical about reviews that said that you would eat less of this, because the protein makes this more filling, but it really is ! I will definitely be trying other pasta shapes in this line of products. Now if the price could come down just a little, life would be good.

Great Product!
My family eats low carb and this is truly the only pasta we eat! I tastes like the "real stuff!" It's the only pasta that I buy! We love the fusilli The only problem is that the price constantly changes. I've checked my invoices here on Amazon and find that I paid in the $24 dollar range for a six pack. Then, the price rose to about $32. Last week, I said no way would I buy because the price was $42 and today it is around $35, which is still too expensive! It isn't that the price rose with inflation and kept rising. It constantly varies from outrageous prices to reasonable to somewhere in the middle! We love the product(s) but not the price changes.
