Extremely simple to put on and take off, I wrecked numerous times and the flag itself broke and the base kept the other half locked in. People keep saying the whip falls out but make sure the metal washer is on the correct way

Nope. Whole thing fell off in the dunes. Fiberglass pole broke on me x2 times. The pole cant be recessed into the hole enough for secure mounting. 2024 crf250r. If u ride like a sissy this might work for u. If your really trying to ride like a maniac in the sand this item is just a waste of time.hrf motorsports makes a real mans flag mount (not found on amazon). Don't waste your time or money on this mount.

Worked as I intended. Took it out on the trails, beat the crap out of it,never fell off!

This is a much easier more durable mounting system than an axle mount flag holder. Once the flag is installed in the base it is very easy to mount to your fender. The flag has been secure and never fallen off my bike through 4 hours of hard sand riding. There are however two caveats that won't allow me to give this 5 stars. First you can see in one picture that this thing wears into your fender. It didn't bother me on my old RM250. I might try adding some sort of protective cover to the fender to keep it from rubbing through my fender. Also, when trying to stretch the clamp over my fender I immediately broke one of the plastic pins holding the rubber straps inside the clamps. But, the mount still works fine anyway. Overall I would give this 3.5 stars but I will give it 4 because it is better than other mounting systems I have tried.

Works as advertised, love the flexible nature and easy on off. Take your time and read the instructions about installation.

the package came way early i got 2 of them . i just installed one of them on my girlfriends bike its sturdy well engineered . super easy too use i hated having my flag next to my leg and in the dunes they break so often .this is an awesome flag holder

This was a mount and great placement to avoid breaking flags but during a ride I noticed my flag was gone. Luckily I found it in the dunes and added some electrical tape to make the fitment tighter. Wish it had some sort of way to secure the flag in the mount.
