Had my doubts looking at mixed reviews on noise and durability. Fan is very good and absolutely silent. A good value buy also with stores charging tad higher for same model. I will post another update on durability after couple of months. Delivery is reasonably faster. Overall a very good value buy experience in Amazon.

The fan works well and gives good airflow, making it comfortable for daily use. Installation was easy and the design looks nice too. It’s a good product overall.

So, I purchased this fan about a year ago. It was working well, although the air distribution wasn't great, it was somewhat satisfactory. The real problem started two weeks ago when it stopped working. I heard a strange sound when I turned on the fan, and it emitted a burning smell. I immediately turned it off, but it seemed the fan had gotten fried. I then called customer service and logged a complaint for a service call. To my surprise, I received multiple calls from local technicians asking about the issue and my location. I explained everything, but they weren't sure which service circle my area fell under, so I provided the name of the nearest town. They then said a different team handled complaints for that location and would transfer the call. As promised, I received another call, and they again asked about the location and issue, assuring me that someone would attend to the complaint. However, no one showed up even after a week, and I didn't receive any further calls. Today, I received a WhatsApp message stating that my complaint was closed because I was unreachable. I'm extremely disappointed in Crompton's customer service - it feels like they're not taking their customers' issues seriously. A faulty product and poor after-sales support? Not what I expected from a brand like Crompton.
