SOULWIT Earpads for Sony WH-1000XM3 - Black

Good product & quality. Now headphones look like new.However cost seems to be high, may be because it is imported.

Cushion thickness and quality of earpads are very good, and it's even more spacious for the ear than the original one. But the packaging is the worst I've ever seen, it's literally a miracle that my earpads arrived safely with no damage. That's the only thing which needs serious improvement!

It's almost 1.5 years I have using the earpads. Took most of the calls from the same. Post this I see the covers getting chipped off and pieces coming out. But it served the purpose. I will re-order the same piece.Hope it have lasted little longer but good.

Let’s clear the air of users reporting the replacements pads being hard/generate heat/not as comfortable as originals etc. Also the cost difference between originals and the replacements being huge.The difference, both in cost & feel is due to the type of leather chosen. Artificial leather is low cost, environmental friendly but feel will not be same as real leather. Real high quality animal leather will cost more, be cruel & provide excellent feel due to it being breathable and very soft. However there is no difference in the sound experience as both the type of pads, perform exactly the same. Sound insulation is superb and ANC works like a charm. Headphones sound as good as new.Due to the listed factors, choosing artificial leather is a VFM option by considerable margin & makes sense. That is what most customers have gone for and happy about it. If you need the same feel & fit/finish as the originals, lambskin pads are the closest you can get for almost double the cost of the artificial leather. Cow/buffalo leather costs double the lamb & hence the Sony pricing of the originals + their premium for providing you with the replacement service. The options available are basis the skin-feel of the pads & not the actual end performance. Choose as per your needs, budget & expectations.

Fits fine . No fatigue wearing for long time. Hope it will be reliable

I mean they are nice initially, but one of them just broke for me while wearing it ( the plastic inside just cut in half ) , and the other over time - all the leather came out. So i don't really know - it falls apart in a year or two

I don’t review things often, but this was a great replacement for my original xm3 ear cushions. Installation was easy and it was extremely reasonably priced. I found the fit to be identical and it is highly comfortable (felt very close to the original). Others have complained about it being harder/firmer than the original but I don’t find that to be true.In terms of noise cancelling, I felt a noticeable improvement with the new ear pads. Sound quality hasn’t been impacted at all. 5/5!

As expected…perfectly fitting…easy 2 minute installation without need for any tool(though they have provided)…feels as good as original …worth price….feels soft and comfortable material…also noise cancellation working perfect with this compared to when previous one worn out(original).

However, I did notice that the noise-canceling performance seemed slightly reduced compared to the original pads. Simple to install. Great feel around the rest. Looking forward to many years of use.
