It feels very sturdy and the hammock itself is great quality! I love that it comes with a bag for storing away and transporting. The fact that this only takes 5 minutes to put together definitely allows you to take this hammock to the beach or maybe the park! Both me and my son fit in it at the same time comfortably. It says it holds up to 400 lbs and honestly I believe it, it feels very sturdy. Only down fall is I don’t think you can use the other holes, just the very top ones because I couldn’t get the hammock to stretch to the other side but it’s a perfect height once your in it so that’s not really an issue.
