Game changing hair color. Lasts a long time, doesn’t fade, much less smell, doesn’t look like shoe box hair color. Never going back.. Tip: keep using the conditioner and buy some online. It’s fantastic and doesn’t leave your hair greasy at all!! It seals the shine in and it makes your hair look beautiful everyday.

Color was easy to apply and true to color chart .no smell hair was nice and soft color stayed for 2 months gray coverage was good . Would but again but it was not available , so I went with a different brand that was more expensive however not as pleased.

Ok, first about the color. I think my conclusion is that the colors are just gonna come out a bit differently on different people's hair and you may have to try different ones til you find the one that works for you. I went with 5.7 light chestnut brown, and it turned out a DARK, chocolate brown. I purposefully didn't go with the chestnut brown because of the reviews, thinking the *light* chestnut brown would be more like a medium brown, but it was definitely dark brown for me (darker than pics of the same color for some others). Not bad, thankfully I look okay with a darker hue, but I'm gonna progressively try lighter shades until I get to the one I actually want. Regarding coverage, I'd say the grey coverage is very good. There are always a sneaky few that I somehow miss, but otherwise it covered my roots well. The formula is definitely not too drying. I used a different brand before (with ammonia) and it took a couple weeks for my hair to get back to a normal moisture level, after very dedicated conditioning and moisturizers. Phyto didn't dry my hair out at all, so that was really great, especially as a curly haired gal. I am disappointed by one thing, though. The other brand I tried before, with ammonia), resulted in my hair falling out in larger amounts than my non-colored hair. I read that that's a pretty common result of the chemicals, so that's why I wanted to try Phyto to see if it would be different. So far it hasn't improved, though - my hair is still falling out at the same larger amount. I'm hopeful this may still improve in time, but it may be that Phyto is no different in that way. Still a great product, though, and I like that it seems to be gentler chemicals, so I will continue to use and work on finding the best color for me.

I got the light chestnut brown, and not it's black! Much darker than what it should be.

This is great hair color, not only did it cover my grey but the color is so rich. My hair is very manageable after coloring and there is no damage to my hair.

I have so much gray hair around my face up to to the top and this is the only pne that worked for me- an absolute must if you want to cover those grays. I was stunned! I love more that it is clean, plant -based and no smell at all! I will buy more!😀
