**Q: Do these work with a P10 headgear?**
A: Yes, they do.  I started with a P10, but switched to N30.  My DME supplier just swapped out my unopened P10 nasal pillows for N30 nasal cushions.  Easy peasy.  Same frame and headgear are used for both masks.

A: Here is the name of what I think you need.  its the frame to hold an N30 nasal pillow.

**Q: Is the N30 mask a pillow setting or nasal setting for the RESMED Airsense 11?**
A: It is a Pillow setting because the N30 has a cradle cushion with nostril holes similar to pillows but without the prongs.
