I pick lots of rose hips every year and know how much work goes in to preparing them, drying and powdering. It takes a huge number of rosehips to create this amount of rosehip powder, more than I could gather and prepare. The quality is superb, the flavour is much nicer than local rosehips, there is no bitterness. You don’t need to use a lot at a time so this bag will last. I like to use it in baking, in yoghurts and in porridge. Higher in vitamin C than oranges.

Bonjour, je prends régulièrement de la poudre d'églantier sauvage pour enrichir mon alimentation. Je le consomme dans mes yaourts, smoothies et shaker de protéine. Das Hagebuttenpulver eignet sich prima als Zusatz für Joghurt, Smoothies, Säfte oder andere fruchtige Speisen. Auch als Tee kann es genutzt werden. Hagebuttenpulver hat (wie natürlich auch andere Produkte aus Hagebutten) einen hohen Gehalt an Vitamin C. Leider geht weder aus der Produkbeschreibung noch aus den Etiketten der Vitamin C Gehalt hervor. Das finde ich sehr schade. Deshalb auch der Punkt Abzug. Nährwertinformationen sind zwar vorhanden, aber eben keine Angaben über Nährstoffe. Bei der Zubereitung als Tee muss man natürlich damit rechnen, dass sich ein Bodensatz bildet und der Tee trüb ist. Denn das Pulver löst sich nicht auf, sondern quillt auf, da es einfach gemahlene Hagebutten sind. Geschmacklich überzeugt das Hagebuttenpulver jedoch. Mein Tee schmeckt so, wie ich Hagebuttentee kenne. Leicht säuerlich, aber angenehm fruchtig. Aber wer nur den Geschmack von Hagebutten-Hibiskus-Tee kennt, wird sowohl von der Farbe als auch dem Geschmack überrascht sein. Das Pulver ist fein vermahlen und hat keine Klumpen. Hagebuttenpulver ist jedoch recht anfällig für Wärme und Feuchtigkeit, weshalb der Beute gut verschlossen und Kühl gelagert werden sollte. Von mir gibt es vier Sterne, weil mir definitiv ein paar Angaben auf der Verpackung fehlen.
