I was running FreeNAS and then began testing OpenMediaVault. Both work with this card! **Q: Can someone point me to somewhere I can download the driver?** A: Pasting this from my recent review in the review section for this card: This seems to be working great loaded with drives but even with some of the suggestions in the reviews and replies here it took some time and effort hunting for drivers for this thing so I can't give it 5 stars. I finally found some working drivers from links here (use at your own risk)... search for tenforums (dot c) -> drivers/hardware -> 60112-marvell-92xx-sata-controller-6gb-driver-windows-10-1-2-0-1039-whql (ht em L) These include a base older driver to even make this device show up in device manager in windows 10 in the first place, and then a more updated driver you can point to once you get the device showing up where you can go through it's driver update menu/button in the properties windows/tabs. ten for ums is where I got them. 60112-marvell-92xx-sata-controller-6gb-driver-windows-10-1-2-0-1039-whql **Q: Can this card really deliver 6 gbps sata iii throughput on all 6 ports in a pcie x1 slot?** A: yes, it can push 6gbp/s to all 6 ports, why wouldn't it be able to? it can only do that one port at a time - assuming this is pcie3... **Q: Has anyone tried to use the motherboard intel raid feature with this?** A: The Intel RST Motherboard RAID is just software RAID with the system BIOS knowing how to mark disks as part of the pool or not. Aside from that minor convenience it's just a somewhat mediocre software RAID implementation. My advice would be that if it works with this card and your motherboard, great. If it doesn't, who cares? Just pick a different software RAID implementation. The speed is fine and it's cheap. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Works on Windows 11 *by F***X on 9 March 2024* Having just upgraded my pc I've been dismayed to see the limited number of SATA ports that come on the latest AM5 motherboards. As such I took a chance on one of these to provide an additional 10 SATA ports. In all honesty I wasn't expecting this to work on Windows 11 and was fully prepared to have to return it, but nope...plugged it in, started up and it just works. UPDATE : Did find one niggle, after sleeping the drives attached to this device disappeared. That said a couple of days after purchasing the seller did send me a message that points me to the drivers for this card.
