Question 1

About how long until you feel less stress after you take it regularly?

Accepted Answer

I started taking this product for a few reasons but the first one was because of stress and I just felt like crap all the time. I did notice within a few days that my mood was better and I was feeling relaxed. I have to be careful taking this because I have a underactive thyroid and I take medication for it. During my research I found that the reason for my weight gain may be due to Cortisol and this product may help to reduce that. What I discovered was I actually really felt better as far as energy and mood and I also lost weight and that was Awesome! I slept better as well. My thinking/memory is better, my appetit is better, as for the weight loss I had tried everything to lose weight but instead like clockwork I would gain weight every single month so this was a big relief to see I actually lost weight. The only downside of taking this product and it may just be because of my thyroid meds/condition is I did have very loose stools it may have been I was taking too much so I have reduced the amount and it seems to be working out better. I hope this helps someone.

Question 2

Does this help with sleep?

Accepted Answer

Ashwagandha help improve sleep for some people and interferes with it for others... like me. I learned to take it early in the day for that reason.

Question 3

Have these been independently tested and verified by an outside company such as consumerlab, united states pharmacopeia (usp), or national sanitation?

Accepted Answer

I spend more on this brand because its reputable not from china and the product works exceptionally well.

Question 4

Is this an extract but not the root powder itself? Which form of the herb is better? Thanks!

Accepted Answer

This is an extract of ashwagandha root. The dry herb equivalent of 2,700mg is the amount of dried herb that is used in making each capsule. The extract weight only refers to how much the extract weighs, so the potency can be described by the dry herb equivalent or the withanolide content.
