nicely packed, taste and smell very nice. So far I have been using it in latte. Recommending if you like mushrooms and their effect on health. Even this powder smells like coco (: but you can taste it on the drink its mushroom. I love it

Nothing quite like this! I cannot have capsules so this works well. You cab put it into your cooking etc, but I usually put a teaspoon in my coffee, with an extra spoon of sugar as it is more of a cocoa like taste, with a mild bitterness. Just make sure to stir well throughout sips so the minimal parts that don't soak up, don't reside to the bottom. I felt as though I had extreme significant improvement in cognitive function, had better rest also.

After a few days of taking a teaspoon a day I started to get severe pain in my kidneys. I did a bit of research and found that chaga is extremely high in oxalates which can be very bad for kidneys. If you have leaky gut or oxalate sensitivity best give this product a miss.

After putting almond milk in it you will definitely feel it straight way Anyone knows their mushrooms will feel the lions Maine straight away. Fantastic product delivery time. Perfect as per usual.

I used this for 2 days and it made me really ill.I developed a real bad stomach pain and a very unusual sensation in the side of my head which was very unpleasant.I thought well maybe it just dosnt agree with me.So my wife decided to take it as I was going to bin it and she didn't want to waste it and sure enough she developed the same symptoms and had to stop after 3 days of use.I can not recommend this product,God only knows what was in that powder but it wasn't good.Use at your own risk! 😒

This mushroom powder is really works. I add it to my morning chocolate or green matcha latte. I worry less and feel more relaxed 😌
