It keeps unused insulin fresh and cold for more than a day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Expensive, but WORTH IT! *by S***. on May 8, 2026* Expensive, but worth it. This is the only option I found that actually WORKS to keep medication at the right temperature for 12 hours travel. It also fit the number of pens indicated on the product description. I tested this product (and 5 other products) before needing to use it for a 12 hour trip and it was the ONLY one which didn't start out being below 32 degrees F (which risks freezing the medication) and also the only option tested which held the internal temperature below 40 degree F for the entire 12 hour travel. EXCELLENT!
