OKP-BX Wireless Overhead Door Garage Door Opener Keypad

Super easy install. Directions for programming were super simple and easy. Works perfectly with my garage door. I will be buying a couple more of these for other doors at other buildings.

Product works well. Very easy to install and works with older system. Big improvement over the original keypad.

Great Purchase This keypad was reazilable priced and was easy to program.

Works well, just nor very intuitive.

While this DOES work on multiple doors, it does not work as documented in the Overhead Door Company Codedodger 2 instructions for multiple doors. Those instructions have you use a single master pin followed by the open/close button and lastly the number 1, 2 or 3 to indicate WHICH door you want to open/close. So: (PIN)(Open/Close)1 - Opens Door #1 (PIN)(Open/Close)2 - Opens Door #2 This remote does NOT follow that paradigm, but does work if you assign a separate PIN to each door, so for example: 1111(Open/Close) - Opens Door #1 using PIN 1111 2222(Open/Close) - Opens Door #2 using PIN 2222 Want to operate both doors simultaneously? Assign the same unique PIN to BOTH openers, so for example if I register PIN 3333 with Door #1 and Door #2 I can now operate both doors as follows: 3333(Open/Close) - Opens Door #1 and #2 using PIN 3333 The pad this one is replacing DID use the manufacturer's coding paradigm, but honestly I think I like this one better. For starters each button you press with this new remote makes a beep, acknowledging the press (the old one did not). Also this one backlights the pad RED, the old one used a WHITE backlight - so as the batteries age it should be easier to identify in daylight since dim white light is impossible to detect, but dim red should be somewhat easier. Overall, the pad does what it needs to do and does it well IMO - but do note that it does not follow the coding paradigm for Overhead Door company Codedodger 2 openers.

Working well.

This garage Opener is easy to program and install

This device worked with our GDO for about 1 week, then it stopped working. I tried clearing the settings and reprogramming, but it would not work. I used the instructions and tried to Google technical help. Nothing worked. Plus one of the hinge tabs that allows the cover to open and shut broke off and now the cover no longer opens and closes properly. I should have spent a few more dollars and gotten the Genie branded keypad that is specifically made to go with my Genie garage door system. I choose to spend a little less to get an off-brand. Big mistake.
