When using this with a laminator does the design stick to the sticker when i peel or do I have to cut around to fit it on stickers ?

Cut desired size, Carefully pull away the overlay from the film backing and apply over desired item or project. Carefully press outward from the middle with fingertips to remove any bubbles or air pockets. Voila! You have a beautiful holographic overlay for your stickers, images, Keychain, earring, etc. Enjoy and have fun! :)

Does this only work if using heat? Or could I use glue or modge podge to attach to a non-flat metal surface?
