I recently purchased the Shika Wellbeing Premium acupressure set, and I must say, it has exceeded my expectations in every way. I wanted to use it for more than a week to see if this was for me or not. From the moment I unboxed it, I was impressed by the eco friendly materials and beautiful packaging, and the subtle lavender fragrance that instantly set a calming tone. At first, I found the mat a little uncomfortable—after all, it does take some time to get used to the acupressure sensation. So, I decided to try it on my bed instead of the floor, and that made a big difference. Within just 15 mins, I fell asleep, which was completely unexpected! I slipped away the mat and, I continued sleeping and woke up feeling well rested and one of the best nights of sleep I’ve had in a long time. Day 2, I used again on my bed again. I suffer from sore neck & shoulder pain due to long hours working at my desktop and intense gym sessions. I placed the long pillow around my neck and shoulder area and the smaller pillow under my calves, for a full acupressure session. After using the set for 30 mins, I was amazed as it truly help to relieve muscle tension and made the experience even more relaxing, the longer I used it. The 2 included pillows are absolute must-haves in the set. After a few days of adjusting, I started using the mat on the floor, and I must say that the benefits are even greater on a harder surface. The spikes provide deeper pressure on the floor, making it feel like a full-body acupressure massage. I now use the full set regularly, and it has become an essential part of my relaxation routine. I only had this set for a week now and my shoulder and neck tension has improved. The best part is this has immensely improved my sleep. The quality of this set is second to none. My sister owns a mat from another well-known brand that claims to be the best, but hers had a strong foam odour and quality wasn’t there. Now, she prefers using mine! The craftsmanship, eco-friendly materials and premium quality truly stand out for me. I don't understand why this is marked as frequently returned! The mat and pillow are brilliant. I'm used to using these types of mats and the benefits they can provide. For me I enjoy and fully relax after laying on the pad and pillow for around 1 hour. 20 minutes is good and I do gain benefits from that but 1hr is just me time. No interruptions and calming relaxing music. The sensation is intense at first and you may only be able to do 1 minute but each time you use it you will go longer and longer. The quality of the item is easily comparable to other mats. If I needed to I would absolutely purchase this again.

Well packaged, very nice presentation, not sure about the lavender oil, couldn't smell anything. Was rather sceptical as first thought laying down on the mat would be painful, but personally not at all. The pillow still trying to get the best position, now this I find is painful. First time in using I did feel energetic, revitalised in the morning. I generally use prior to sleep and generally actually fall asleep on the mat, unintentionally. Only used several times so still finding the most productive way to use. I personally find the mat doesn't hit the key areas around the tops of the shoulders and ideally would think that if the pillow was long enough, and slightly less hard, little give this would capture them. But look just finding my way, so will probably research further. All in all very well made, appears to have some relief for me anyway. Will see how I progress over say 6 months.

This is absolutely amazing, I wish I had purchased earlier. Feels a little uncomfortable for the first few minutes but then relaxation just hits you. I have lost count of the amount of times I have fallen asleep on it. Definitely worth the money

What a great acupressure mat! Love how its linen and smells slightly of lavender. Somehow, after the first 2 uses, i managed to fall asleep on it for over an hour. How is that possible? 😂 Love the free pillow and tote these come in too. A very quality product that really does make me a lot more relaxed and ready for bed

I brought this for my wife, she had wanted one for a while! She is very happy with it which makes me happy although I can’t see me trying it not that brave🫣. She says it’s made a big difference in her daily wellbeing whatever that means??
