They really do work with helping you get all the right Vitamins you need to get pregnant and be a healthy mom and dad just with in the first three weeks of taking them my hair grew so long And I was pregnant with in the first 4 weeks

Bad batch!!!
Started taking these in beginning of march, husband threw up every morning for weeks. I started my cycle April 1st it is may 3rd I am currently still in my cycle …. I don’t recommend but maybe we got a bad batch :( , if you wanna have normal cycle don’t take. Or consult obgyn first

Be Aware: No Choline Included
My husband and I really like the convenience of having prenatal vitamins tailored to each of us arriving at the same time. This particular brand was recommended by my OBGYN at the time we were planning to start trying for a baby and we're continuing to take these for the mentioned reasons. That said, I only learned a week ago that these don't have choline included which is vital to a baby's brain, eye, and spine development plus can help male and female fertility. We've found a good choline-only supplement we're each taking now in addition to this, but I wish it was clear that it wasn't included from the get-go considering how important the mineral is to pregnancy and since learning that 95% of people don't get enough from diet alone. Hoping this information is helpful to everyone's pregnancy journey! God bless!
