I’ve been suffering from severe epigastric pain that radiated through me to my back, followed by terrible bloating, belching and fatigue almost every time I ate. I’ve tried several heartburn medications, and various prescriptions. No one has been able to properly diagnose me, but I had my gallbladder removed 7 years ago, so I believe there is something going wrong with my sphincter of oddi, and my pancreas is angry based on where the pain is. I stumbled across this product and noted that it helps with nausea, heartburn and pancreatic emptying. I’ve been taking it with meals that I know will aggravate my symptoms and occasionally in between meals if I have symptoms. The results have been really life changing, I don’t actually know what’s wrong with me but this supplement is allowing me to eat without pain. I’m having to take it less and less as time goes on. This is what worked for me, but shouldn’t be considered medical advice.

In reviewing their ingredients we don't match up on much, so its hard to compare not understanding the how and why on the ingredients they chose.  In our product we have:
Artichoke leaf: Helps stimulate bile production, reduces dyspepsia symptoms, increases mucus and gastric juice production.
GutGard® Licorice Flavonoids: Helps protect gastric mucosa, helps balance H. Pylori levels, combats dyspepsia, & reduces bloating, and discomfort.
NOTE: All harmful parts of traditional licorice flavonoids have been removed!

Ginger Root Extract: Helps accelerate gastric emptying, soothe nausea, & relieves indigestion.

This product has been amazing for my husband and occasionally myself at preventing and getting rid of heartburn. We take two with meals like pizza or if I make dinner with heavy dairy. One bottle lasts us awhile because we dont eat a lot of grease, fatty or high dairy meals, but when we do this helps so much. I took of kne atar because the price keeps getting higher on not only thos but all their products. I do love the Silver Fern products, but dont use them often anymore because of the cost.
