I read that scientific studies show it is bad for you to take the much too potent one a day vitamins that often have 500 percent and more of your daily vitamin requirement. Getting vitamins from food is not the same as getting man made vitamins, even ones in a bottle and derived from food = our bodies cannot handle such high potency vitamins nor need such high percentages. It can cause health problems in the long run so I avoid them. **Q: Looking for a Niacin free vitamin, as the side effects of niacin are rough on my body. Are these niacin free? Thanks in advance!** A: Yes. It contains 20mg of B3-Niacin (as natural niacin amide). My wife is also very sensitive to niacin, and we were a bit concerned.
