You can refill **Q: Any plans to make these as a regular flame?** A: the BIC EZ Reach lighter is a regular lighter with extended reach **Q: Will these fit in a sleeve made for a bic?** A: I think it would but the long top would more than likely stick out above the case edge. I think the other one they have that looks like a Bic would be better. I do know that it is much easier for a person with weak wrist or fingers, which is my case.
