Good stuff.

I learned that in order to get the most out of flaxseeds they should be freshly ground. So I bought this as well as the Krups grinder (KRUPS F203 Electric Spice and Coffee Grinder with Stainless Steel Blades, 3-Ounce, Black) and grind 1 tablespoon to put into my smoothie. The serving size is 3T but that makes A LOT of powder and I find it makes my smoothies too thick. I keep it in the fridge to retain its freshness. Good product.As for the grinder, also a great product. It's small so it does't take up much space at all and works well. Great price point too. Happy.

Great product. I grind it in a coffee grinder and add it to my homemade healthy granola. I also add it to my green smoothies. Flax seed has to be grinded to get the health benefits. Just eating the seeds will not give you the nutritional value as does so when grinded. This is the second bag I have bought. Also, keep it in the refrigerator.

This is a wonderful product and am happy with the purchase. Was using it everyday in my smoothies and it gave me nice taste and texture. I was using powdered meal forms earlier but it is best to buy whole flax and grind whenever required so that it doesn't turn rancid. There has been an immense difference buying the whole seeds and meal form especially the colour u get after u grind differs from the already grounded one. The one u grind is more darker preserving all the nature of the seeds. Will buy more from this brand in the future and try their other items too

I put flaxseed, that is whole flax seed, in my high-speed blender with my assorted nuts and apple and banana and honey andAllman milk blend it with a few ice cubes. This is a breakfast for me that lasts and I'm not really hungry evenat lunch. I feel good when I'm done with my morning blend and I believe it isA healthy food combination. With very little effort sure I could lose some weight based on the flaxseed having a absorbing wallQuality. Remember you need a high-speed blending unit.

Excellent flax seeds, and you get a TON for the price. Almost tough to use them all up before expiration--but this is not too bad of a problem to have!
