Copper bolus is very important to have on hand for goats ! I just dose in a banana, every 6 months It's important for their bodies to be able to function right and to fight off parasites ! Easy to use they already come ready to use for certain weights as listed in the container. Great amount for the money and for how much it's needed . Great Quality Will purchase again.

Updated to add pictures! Look at the difference in my goats in 2.5 months! The auburn is growing out and my Jute is turning shiny black again & my scraggly slow grower is growing & shiny brown now! Original Review I feel like I have gotten a rash of junk products on Amazon recently that I had to stop and write a positive review. I have some Nubian goats, just a hobbyist I am, but my goats are from excellent bloodlines and I take good care of them. The breeder I often use, stopped by and suggested I use copper bolus on my goats. My goats were not shiny and we had had a rash of barberpole worms. I dosed them all months ago and my scraggliest looking of goats started to grow faster and their coats got shiny. Some of the goats actually changed color and went from an auburn color to a nice black. I wish I had known about this stuff sooner. It is a learning experience for sure. Highly recommend.

Ordered this for my goats. Was easy to give them, don’t need an extra “feeder”, just push it deep enough in their mouth. Or if your goats like banana you could hide the pill in a banana.

For anyone raising goats — especially in areas with copper-poor soil or if goats show deficiency symptoms — this bolus is worth considering.
