The graphics are high quality, and it's a very nice looking item, BUT, the sliding part of the lid, that exposes the sipping hole, had a manufacturing defect; it didn't have the required air intake hole in it. Because of this, it was nearly impossible to sip out any liquid. I tried, however gently, do drill the small hole, myself. However, even though I applied very little pressure, the sliding part broke into two pieces. Without that hole, the applicable laws of physics inhibit the necessary air flow. Poor manufacturing.

The cup just just what I was looking for.The thermo cup isn't dishwasher or microwave safe. But that's fine. I don't have a problem with washing the cup with my hands, since I will use it in the office anyway.The item arrived very quickly and even customs went very smooth for me.You guys have done everything right with this order.You've made a german fan very happy. Keep up the good work.

I used this mug instead of a card for my nephew's graduation from the nyc police academy - HE LOVED IT !!!!!

Received scratched. Look cheap, plastic. It’s doesn’t cost it money.

I enjoy that it keeps your drinks hot or cold however you like them. Awesome!

Don’t waste your money. Cheap plastic material and the blue paper inside was faded. Not well made either. I returned it.
