Helps so much BUY IT!!!!!
Bought one for my husband first as his pillow was pretty old. Wasn’t the best seller then, but he was happy with it. I had been using a Tmprpdk pillow and kept waking up with stiff muscles in my neck and was even told by a masseuse that my neck was out of alignment, so I bought myself one. At first I wasn’t pleased, bc as a side sleeper, I was still feeling like the height options were straining my neck and continuing my issues. So I made a very trying change to sleep on my back, which was quite difficult in the beginning to maintain subconsciously all night. After about 3 nights, my neck was so much better. I could actually look side to side and eventually over my shoulder. Now after about two weeks, my neck finally popped which hasn’t happened in months and months bc my muscles were too tight. I’ve had so much relief from this pillow and sleep through the night now which I didn’t realize was such an issue before. If is small so we use zippered standard pillow cases since it’s an awkward shape, but I don’t care about the aesthetic of my pillow. I even bought a third one for my son who was starting to have neck issues using the same brand I used prior, and after 2 nights, he showed much improvement in both sleep and posture.

This is my favorite pillow EVER!
The best part is that it cradles and stabilizes my head. My head used to roll to one side while I was sleeping so I'd wake up with tension headaches. That never happen with this pillow. It's also super soft so it feels cozy, unlike other neck support pillows I've tried. I have a CPAP and like to fall asleep on my side, butend up rolling onto my back during the night. Side-sleeping can be tough with a CPAP because normal pillows can obstruct the air flow and cause noise. Problem solved with this. I am so happy I took a risk and tried this.I never wake up with a headache from having my head roll to one side, which used to happen all the time. I like to fall asleep on my side, but always end up sleeping on my back. Most pillows won't work for side sleeping with a CPAP. This one is no problem. But t

Get standard size. Maybe.
5/29 Edit: I will say this pillow was just not for me. Probably not for smaller people, I'm 5'7. I appreciate the team reaching out and working an agreement. I'll leave this at four stars for solid customer service.Don't be an idiot like me and immediately make a purchase after reading a few good and few bad reviews. Take a few more minutes and look and compare other pillows and double check measurements. If you're a smaller person don't get the queen size unless you want to wake up feeling like you broke your neck. I'm 5'7 155ish lbs and using this because I've started to use a cpap and sleeping on back is what I found works best for me. The queen size was the same price as the standard for me at time of purchase.I didn't think much about it but the queen height but it is way too high for someone my size. You're suppose to put your neck on this arc spot and shoulders go under corner parts of the pillow. It says its suppose to fit the curve of the head without blocking breathing. We'll the stupid shoulder things keep clamping around my neck and it feels like someone's trying to suffocate me.Its been hot and humid where I'm at. Even with my ac on this pillow gets very hot. The traction on the bottom is abysmal. It felt like at any moment I would push the pillow away from my head, further putting strain on my neck. Maybe going to standard would give me a proper experience.

Most comfortable ever
This is definitely going to be one of those "personal opinion" kind of items, I'm sure, but this is probably the most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. When I first opened it, it seemed pretty soft (squishy) to the touch, but when I actually slept on it, I decided it was perfect.I've had this pillow (and been sleeping with it almost exclusively) for about two months, and it's been great. For me, there was really no "adjusting" period - it helped me pretty much right from the start.I have loose joints (plus wide hips and narrow torso) and had been waking up almost every morning in pain. Since I've had this pillow, that has almost never been the case. I sleep in "all" positions - back, left side, right side, tummy - and this pillow is awesome for every option, as far as I'm concerned. Sometimes I use a knee pillow under one leg for side sleeping, but not always.I love that you can flip the pillow depending just how thick you want your neck support. It makes it that much more customizable. If I'm lying in bed on my side reading or something, I stick one of my regular bed pillows under this one for a little extra height. Sleeping, I definitely don't need the extra. Also, however I lay my head (and my arm), there is easily a place where I'm not going to feel suffocated by the structure of the pillow. Somebody really thought this design out.The cover is nice and silky on top. The bottom is harder to explain: maybe kind of like a slightly soft, slightly scratchy mattress pad? I have sensory issues and do not find it unpleasant, but I added another pillow case (just because, I guess) anyway.I let the pillow air out several hours before use and did not have issues with any overpowering smell or anything like some foam products seem to have.I'm hoping this product sticks around because I expect to be purchasing again when this one gets tired.
