I received my item today and it is not a variety pack. The only flavor I received was the sweet cream flavor. I had read the reviews prior to purchasing and knew there was a chance that I wouldn’t receive a variety pack but went ahead and ordered so I didn’t have high expectations. I still am disappointed because I would have liked to receive a variety of flavors before deciding to invest in this supplement. At least with the sweet cream flavor, you have the option to mix it with juice, cocoa powder, or coffee but that just adds additional calories. I haven’t tried the packets yet so I can’t advise on the taste. I just wanted to confirm what others before me had said regarding not receiving more than one flavor to prevent others from ordering a variety pack that isn’t a variety at all.Update: I have replaced two meals with the shakes today and they are pretty tasty. I made my afternoon shake with fat free milk and powdered coffee and it was pretty satisfying. My dinner shake was made with pinapple orange juice and it tasted just like a delicious creamsicle. I’m just disappointed that I had to add empty calories for a taste variation. The sweet cream flavor isn’t bad on its own but would definitely get old if that is all you ever had to drink. Overall, the shake mix taste well and you can make up some pretty flavorful drinks with the sweet cream for your base. You just have to be conscientious about what you decide to enhance the shake with to avoid additional calorie consumption.

I will admit I fell for the hype. Body by Vi is expensive as far as doing the entire program and this is why I could only afford to try the samples. The shakes by themselves do not taste good will just water. You must be able to mix it with the flavor packets or milk, ice, and frozen fruit. You have to be creative for them to taste good. The first day I tried them I mixed it with too much water and just the banana flavoring, and a little bit of raspberry flavoring. Well, it did not taste good. Today, I mixed it with the chocolate flavoring, click vanilla latte, soy milk/ 1% milk, and a few cubes of ice. The shake came out thick and tasted pretty darn good. I had to blend it in the blender really well.

I just started making the shakes so I have no weight loss to report. I purchased this sampler to make sure that it taste good before buying a $50 full size bag. I have been mixng with milk and fresh strawberries in the blender and it makes a delicious shake. I lost 50 pounds last year but the weight loss has slowed down and I am looking for a product to give me a boost. I already eat healthy food and exercise daily. I will update in a few weeks with weight loss info.

I tried this and added frozen blueberries to it. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't something that I wanted to try again. I figured I would give it another try when I get my courage up to try it again. I gave it 3 stars because it's not my cup of tea but I was thinking that maybe a different combination might be better. Overall, I'd prefer to use the GNC shakes. Those don't need anything else added to it for it to taste good.

This came as advertized. New & mixed flavors. Unfortunatly I didn't like the taste of them & trashed the rest after tasting the first one. Now I'm kinda sorry I did trash them because with other ingrediants added, like fruits, instant breakfast powder, ice, etc. they might have been ok. They were a little watery but with the additions they prbly would have thickened a bit.

Does smell like cake mix. I do mix a teaspoon or tablespoon of fat free pudding mix in to give it a flavor. I will say if you wanna try visalus this is a good way to buy it instead of goin through a shady sales rep who 9 out of 10 times will put you on auto ship without you knowing... another reason amazon rocks
