Oh my gosh I love this pan!!! It's perfectly weighted, heats evenly, is beautifully nonstick, and looks incredibly sexy! Leave it to the Italians to make a pan that looks this good. I have used plenty of much more expensive cookware, and much prefer this pan - All-clad ain't got nothing on Vesuvio! And what makes it even better, is that Vesuvio comes from a small family business - I love supporting a family business. Every thing about this pan is beautiful. The packaging was beautiful, it had a fantastic instructional booklet in the box, and the pan was very securely wrapped in bubble wrap. The first thing I cooked was a potato hash (photos included). I don't cook with oil, so nonstick is pretty important to me. This pan was perfect. I didn't have to add liquid to clean out the gunk that can form on a pan. There was none. And when I was done, a simple wipe with a sponge, and the pan was completely clean! I cannot recommend this pan enough. I'm hoping to get the 11.5" pan with a lid. I absolutely love this skillet, it’s a great size and nothing sticks to it ever. Unless you burn something in it which I did unfortunately. I tried to still use it but it just wasn’t the same so I threw it away and ordered another one exactly like the first one. Now I am more careful. It isn’t cheap but if you take care of it it lasts for years.

Absolutely love this pan! I use it everyday. Purchased a few different ones in other sizes and I have their Wok as well. I’m obsessed with this brand and they make pans that actually last a long time. Got tired of going through cheap crappy pans every year so upgraded to these and they’re AMAZING

The description noted there was a kid but there was not disappointing. The pan is awsome. Nothing sticks to it and clean up is a breeze.

This is NUMBER 1 of all my pans. There are no words in describing this ceramic non stick pan. I have purchased 4 products so far. You have to try this brand. DATERRA CUCINA... I L O V E your products... KEEP up the great work. I am enjoying cooking with your cook wear. TOP QUALITY... this is the real deal... I had bought one of your competitors brand that even have name chef backing them and what a disappointment. Their pans does not last long. When you 1st purchase them they are good but after 6 months they stick everything. NO GOOD!

I took my time before making this purchase because I was doing a ton of research in regards to finding the best non stick pan for oil free cooking, but I also wanted a pan that was non-toxic and eco-friendly. There are a tonnn of non stick options out there but when digging deeper I found a lot of information regarding toxic chemicals that are used in the production of said products. I was happy to find out that Da Terra Cucina's pots are made with coatings that are: PTFE-free, lead-free, and cadmium-free. I definitely don't want to ingest chemicals through my food, and I feel as if Da terra takes that seriously. They are a small family-owned business, and their story is pretty inspiring (you can read it on their website.) Anyway, back to the actual pan ... I cook completely oil free and have not had any sticking problems with this pan. It is my absolute favorite and the only one I use now in my kitchen, and I cook a lotttt. I've made stir-frys, tortillas, pita bread, sauteed veggies... everything works great. I've been using it for 3 months straight now, and there is no warping on the bottom of the pan (which happens with cheaper pans), and the pan always cleans out easily. Of course, you have to care for it as well. I never leave the pan dirty over night, and I cook with low/medium heat most of the time to prevent from accidentally burning food on it (which will stick obviously!). If you use this pan with care, it will work wonders. I'm so happy that I am buying the 11'' one right now for larger tortillas! :) Thanks DaTerra for an excellent product. I bought this pan for one specific reason - cooking eggs. Our kids are on a scrambled eggs kick and I wanted a superior nonstick pan for this purpose. At first, I was overjoyed - at last I had found the perfect pan. So, I made sure I followed all the directions and precautions. 1.) Always handwashed with dish soap. 2.) Always waited until it cooled down before washing. 3.) Only used 3M scrub sponges. 4.) Never used in the oven over 400 degrees. 5.) Only used silicone utensils. 6.) Seasoned with EVOO and not spray oil with propellants. After about 2 weeks of cooking eggs only, they started sticking like crazy. I wanted to give the pan the benefit of the doubt, so I went to the DaTerra website and found a short series of youtube videos on how to "restore" the pan. So I tried the baking soda test with the paper towels - but the powder was not turning grey despite fervent and prolonged efforts. The test indicated that there was no carbonization present. Then I scrubbed like crazy using a 3M scrub sponge, dish soap, and plenty of elbow grease, and then conditioned with EVOO in accordance with the instructions. Unfortunately, my efforts were fruitless as I discovered on my next attempt to cook eggs for the kids - eggs were stuck all over the pan. The nonstick properties on this pan were only a fleeting novelty for me so I decided to return this item.

I have used so many non-stick cookware & I cook a lot. I knew when I first use this pan that it would be one of the best non-stick pan I will have. The weight & handle are perfect for me; the height & curve of side of the pan is perfect, food doesn’t spatter or spill. I only wish it came with a cover. Highly recommend for seasoned cooks!

Mit sehr wenig Öl werden die Bratteile (Bratkartoffeln, Fisch usw.) wirklich sehr knusprig und in einer top Qualität. Mein Mann sagte: "Die Bratkartoffeln sehen aus wie im Wirtshaus." Weitere Töpfe und Pfannen von DaTerra Cucina werden folgen, weil mich die Kochergebnisse sehr überzeugen. Gerne gebe ich für ein Produkt mehr Geld aus, wenn mich die Qualität des Artikel überzeugt. Und das tut sie!

I absolutely love this pan! I was using another ceramic brand of pan but everything would stick to the bottom and not crisp because the crispy bit was being burned at the bottom. Same with pancakes and anything really. But this pan is perfect - no sticking of the food at all to the pan. It's incredible. 1000% recommend it. For the health benefits (not having teflon, etc. in it) and for how it really is non-stick! AMAZING.
