Do these have a proper crotch panel that will hold a sanitary napkin?

technically there is a "panel" but I can't wear sanitary napkins or panty liners with these because they won't stay in place or stick properly. Always have to wear "regular" underwear underneath these, which has been disappointing.

How do they look under yoga legging?

You'll see the seams around your legs if you're a bigger gal. Otherwise they should be fine, I wear them with my scrubs.

Please make cotton woxer

They feel like cotton. Actually softer and very breathable. They are great in really hot weather, dry better and faster than cotton.

Do these let you wear say skinny jeans over them and not feel bulky or super tight as if you were trying to wear two pants at the same time?

I wear tight jeans and it felt very comfortable
