I managed to purchase this because our project couldn't wait +1 week delivery from Lowes/Home Depot. Amazon offered next-day shipping. Applied RMR-141 and RMR-86 and it was HIGHLY effective at removing mold. Easy application with powerful pump. Leaves zero streaks. Dries fast. Recommended wear a mask for safety, smells like bleach. Very consistant results when applying to areas such as wood. I don't consider amy other brand to get the job done as effective as RMR

This stuff worked AMAZING on attic mold. I had an insulation contractor come and look at doing blown in insulation in my attic. But they spotted some black mold and wanted a complete mold abatement before they would do any work. I looked into professional mold abatement. No way I could afford that. So I bought this premix in the spray bottles. Don’t want to get into mixing in a sprayer. I started by making and using a tyvek suit and the 86 remover. You definitely don’t want to breathe it in. Headed into the attic. Started spraying wherever I could see mold. Then ended up spraying the entire underside of the roof decking. The mold disappeared almost instantly! And these bottles go along ways. Two were enough to get all areas of concern in my 600 sq ft house. After spraying couple hours later I went up and reapplied on the trouble spots just to make sure it was all dead. Then the next day once it was all dry I went up with the other bottle that contains a fungicide and I sprayed everything again. Two coats. 2 months later the blown in insulation project is complete. The company was completely happy with how I did it with these chemicals and were perfectly willing to do the job after I killed it all. And the biggest advantage of using these chemicals is no sealing things up. The professionals hit the surface with pressurized dry ice. This requires them to seal everything and use fans with hepa filters to make sure no spores end up in the house. But this method you are just killing it in place. You are never disturbing it, so don’t have to deal with all the masking and plastic and hepa filtration equipment. And there is no risk of it escaping in the house as it’s dead in contact. Then the second spray just makes sure it doesn’t come back. I now have proper insulation and venting so hopefully will never be an issue ever again. I just rechecked several of the worst areas. It’s now a couple months later. Nothing. The wood sheathing is clean. No black mold has returned. So hopefully problem solved. The two bottles in the kit will easily treat 200 to 300 square feet of surface very well. I ended up buying 2 kits and it did all I needed with half bottles left for future if needed. So thank you to whoever makes this. In this case the expression “better living through chemistry” holds true. This stuff killed the mold instantly and appears to have sold the problem of reoccurrence. Just don’t breathe it. The first bottle, the 86, had an almost overwhelming smell. It’s strong. But I used a spray painting respirator which I fit nice and tight and properly after shaving my beard and I was absolutely fine.

This product ROCKS! I run a dog agility business and all my tunnels and tunnel bags were severely molded and I thought I was going to have to replace them. I looked up and found this product decided to give it a shot. I am so impressed with this product. It is so easy and 100% does what it says it can do. Previously we had used products and then scrubbed and scrubbed and nothing ever changed. With this product you spray it on wait literally 15 seconds and spray it off with water and my tonal bags and my tunnels are like new. The one thing I would say to remember is wear gloves it is chemicals it is hard on skin so try not to get it on your skin. The instructions tell you to suit up I think that I would take the extra caution to keep your skin safe. Will purchase this again as needed. It comes with a second jug that is to be used to keep them old from coming back, I will be using that as well in the next couple days to keep them looking great. I have no reason to think that that product won't be equally as good but I can update once I try it.

It's has a very strong bleach smell but spray nozzle helps to not having to touch the solution. No scrubbing but also not 15 mins but more like multiple applications of 30 +mins to get tough mold and mildew to clear up. Mine took 5 times and mostly cleared from stain. I would say decently effective. Somewhat easy to use especially hard to reach area.

Couldn't believe how quickly this stuff worked on my front porch stairway and concrete path. All green mold disappeared. Hard to keep the stuff from dripping into the flowers but I hope it didn't cause any problems. Only issue was the bleach odor that deminished after a couple of hours. Great value for the cost.

Wow! I was not real confident that this product would work nearly as well as advertised. But this really does what it says it does! Check out the photos. I sprayed it on the lower half of area I wanted to clean so I could compare with the untreated area. I walked away to get my phone. When I came back less than a minute later the treated area was transformed! No wiping. Just spray and wait. The 3 photos I’ve posted are: 1. Before treatment. 2. After treating the lower half of the area. 3. After treating the entire area. All the remaining marks on the wall are not mold. It is physical damage to the dry wall, like scraped paint and water damage. All the mold is GONE! This is the best cleaning product I’ve ever purchased!

I ordered RMR Brands Complete Mold Killer and Stain Remover Bundle—2-32 ounce sprays because I had a nasty stain on my kitchen wall (see photo). A bag of sugar snap peas had rotted at the top of the trashcan and was evidently touching the wall (don’t judge!). I thought the stain was mold, but as I used these products, I saw that it wasn’t, but rather the dried residue from the rotting peas. Here is what I did: RMR-141 Disinfectant, Fungicide, and Cleaner 1. Because I had read in the reviews about the odor of the products, I first opened the patio door and the bedroom window (we have a small apartment). I turned on the exhaust fans in the bathroom and the laundry room, and the ceiling fan in the dining room. I also placed a stand fan in the living room and one in the bedroom, and waited for about 30 minutes for the air to flow well before I started using the products. Turns out RMR-141 has no odor. 2. I read the instructions on the purple bottle, that of the RMR-141 Disinfectant, Fungicide, and Cleaner. NOTE: USE THIS PRODUCT FIRST. 3. I opened the seal and inserted the provided pump. NOTE: THE PUMP COMES IN THE “SPRAY” POSITION. BE CERTAIN TO SCREW TIGHTLY; EVEN THOUGH I DID, THE PRODUCT POURED OUT OVER MY HAND LATER WHEN I TILTED THE BOTTLE. 4. I sprayed the area on the wall thoroughly, starting at the top. The stain began running down the wall immediately. 5. I then waited for 10 minutes as per the instructions. 6. Wearing glasses, a mask, and gloves, I used a wad of paper towels and made one swipe through the middle of the area so I could see how well the product worked (see photo). I was impressed. 7. Then I scrubbed the wall. 8. I applied the RMR-141 a 2nd time and immediately scrubbed the wall again with no waiting period. Much more came off the wall. 9. I applied the RMR-141 a 3rd time and waited another ten minutes. 10. I scrubbed the wall with paper towels again. 11. I sprayed the wall with RMR-141 a 4th time and scrubbed (see photo). 12. I sprayed a 5th time and scrubbed with a thick crevice brush (see photo). I actually took the paint off down near the baseboard. 13. Then I was satisfied I had gotten the wall as clean as I could and I let it dry for an hour. RMR-86 Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover 1. See #1 above. RMR-86 DOES have a strong odor reminiscent of bleach. 2. I read the instructions on the green bottle, that of the RMR-86 Instant Mold and Mildew Stain Remover. NOTE: USE THIS PRODUCT LAST. 3. I shook the bottle well, as the directions stated. 4. See #3 above. 5. Wearing glasses, a mask, and gloves, I sprayed the area on the wall thoroughly, starting at the top. 6. I watched for 15 seconds, as per the instructions. There was no change. Keep in mind the stain on my wall was NOT mold or mildew, which is what this product is for. 7. I rinsed the wall and floor thoroughly with clear water. 8. To avoid the possibility of any sort of chemical reaction or contamination of other items, I put the paper towels and gloves used with each product in separate gallon Ziploc bags before putting them in the trash. Dispose of chemically saturated towels, rags, and gloves responsibly! 9. I left my apartment open to the air for two hours. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase. The kitchen wall will still have to be painted eventually, but the performance of RMR-141 was impressive. I can’t speak to the performance of RMR-86, but if the reviews of other buyers are anything to go by, it, too, is an incredible product. At the price point of $23.99, this duo is a good value for the money. Even with the glowing reviews I read before buying, the performance of RMR-141 exceeded my expectations.

I purchased this last night (@8:50pm) and it’s been less than 24 hrs and I just had to come nd so a review right away. I had a fan installed when I had my bathroom done over and the contractor never put an exit point in any event is created a lot of moisture in the bathroom so of course we have to make sure the door is always open and open the windows when we can and but it’s winter it’s just not really feasible to always leave the window open. .I’ve been experiencing little bits of like mold and mildew in the bathroom between the grout and some on the ceiling because my bath shower is tiled all the way around. I was trying to address it, but I recently noticed it’s kind of out of control so I looked up a few home remedies online and I found one that kind of worked. it worked the best that I seen and then I found this white marker that I got that you could sort of cover it right up. so I tried using that as a solution. (I literally only tried it on one little section of the tile just to see if it would work ) It just so happens, I was on the phone with my sister. We were talking about mold issue that she was having in Florida and I was looking up some things online for her. I came across this product. I of course checked the reviews because that’s where the rubber meets the road if you can see a video or photograph that’s from what seems to be a real customer. I was pleasantly surprised with all the reviews that I came across except of course the one woman’s package was delivered all leaky lol I was hoping that didn’t happen to me, but I went ahead and purchased it and , purchased it last night and arrived this morning and as soon as it arrived, I immediately opened it up and I tried the green bottle which is the mold and mildew killer and I tried to do a video where I could just kind of let it happen in real time, but I think it was taking a lot longer than I was willing to hold the phone in there with the fumes ( yup mask and goggles for sure) You can see my before and after pictures I wish I had taken more before, but it’s unbelievable and I didn’t even really clean the bathroom I just started spring spots just to kind of see if it would work - and absolutely ventilate open windows!! I had to open the windows and close the bathroom door so all the smell went completely out of the house but This product is amazing. KNOW what I tell you IS SO TRUE! I was so dreading having to regrout the whole bathroom as the only way that I could really solve the problem because I just felt like no matter how much I scrubbed the grout nothing was moving and let me tell you oh my goodness I was getting a tool and I was gonna scrape off all the That the product or whatever they put in between the corners in the bathroom and because there was mildew and stuff under it and I was gonna try to scrape it off and then I have to have that redone. I’m just amazed this is everything says this product everything that the manufacturer says it is I promise you on everything I own this product Is it ! buy it buy it !! especially if you got existing problem that you just can’t seem to get rid of it. It’s just it’s amazing. The Superman and Wonder Woman of mold eradication!
