Styrofoam!! *by J***D on Reviewed in the United States on February 28, 2019* 3 stars... it’s exactly what you’d expect, cheap pressed wood from China.. it does what it was meant to do. The bad part of the review comes from the terrible foam they use to pack it. By the time it gets here from China the stuff is pulverized into little beads that stick to literally everything including you. They float around and stick to walls, carpet, refrigerators and everything else in the house you can thing of. It makes for an amusing time for your wife but not so much for you while you’re putting it together. Wear a hazard suit and some gloves and then put this thing together outside if you have a clean house and want to keep it that way.. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Should change shipping companies *by L***Y on Reviewed in the United States on June 15, 2020* From opening our first product package, we found that 4 pieces were broken or damaged and unable to be used for set-up. Luckily, the company was understanding and sent us a whole new product. And luckily all the parts were useable. It took two people 4 hours to complete set up. A couple areas were though to complete.The fireplace is really cool. Arrived before expected (nice surprise as usual), and the instructions are very clear on how to assemble. However, just be aware if you purchase this it will take a long time to assemble. Or maybe it's because it's the first time I put something together and it took me over 3 hours.
