It's certainly not perfect - it does not get the corners, and it leaves a bit of a circle when you remove it, so be prepared with a microfiber cloth to wipe those areas when it's finished. But oh what it DOES do! We have a crazy number of windows in this house and this makes cleaning them a snap. I love that the soft pads clean the windows to dry so they are sparkling when done. My only rookie mistake was not changing the pads out often enough - which was dumb because it comes with an abundance of pads. Second pic is of windows not cleaned. First one is of windows cleaned. They are not the same windows but they are next to each other. What a difference! It followed the programmed paths, and never droppped so far.
