Great antenna for our RV!
I had been looking for a good antenna for our RV without having to buy an expensive piece of equipment and then pay a monthly fee just to have some decent channels to watch while we are camping. And I found it in this little antenna! It was very easy to install and use! And we were able to pick up 14 HD channels which gives us a good variety of shows to watch! I love the carrying bag it came with for transporting in our camper! If you are looking for a good quality antenna to watch HDTV for free, I can recommend this one! It works well for us!

Great product
Got this for our camper because the rooftop unit wasn’t working. Plugged it into the outside SAT jack, did a channel scan and found like 40 channels. We are about 50 miles from a city. Only bummer is you can’t share across multiple TVs but hey, it’s camping.

Seems to work pretty well
Bought this to use in our RV. RV antenna is very directional and often is hard to home in on stations, especially if some stations are in one direction and others in opposite direction. Unit is lightweight and easy to set up and use. One concern I have is keeping it from blowing over during winds. It comes with a heavy magnetic base but I can't use the magnet on the (mostly) aluminum RV. However I think the base is heavy enough to weigh the antenna down if need be.I really haven't used this enough to get a good test but this unit was recommended by a friend and I think it will be fine.

Works very well and versitile!
This is my second one for our second camper. First one worked so much better than the one that came with our first RV ,I thought we would buy one for the new one. Compared to the stock foof antenna , this one will pull in 2 more channels even before I took it outside of the camper! Hooked it up to outside jack and set the King ontop of the pickup roof and did another channel scan and picked up 2 more channels ,and all but 2 of the 18 channels were clear! you could set it up anyplace high and it does a great job. Abit pricey...but works!

Did not work at all
I had high hopes for this using it with my RV. I even rigged a way to use the magnetic mount and was able to elevate it on a pole fastened to the ladder which raised it almost 7 feet above the top of my camper. It didn't work at all. There's a chance this is defective because it was loosely packed and there was damage to the box. But, there didn't appear to be any damage to any of the components in the box. There's nothing in there that a good shaking up would harm. It did not work at all. It pulled in less channels than my RV antenna or even a cheap $20.00 flat antenna I taped to a window.I am very disappointed, I have more than a couple of hours invested in this with the elevated pole, and then trying every possible configuration to see if I could get it to work with multiple tv's. All to no avail.

What an awesome antenna!
I live in Orlando FL. and normally get about 50-70 channels on a window (Flat) antenna with a boost attached. Just depends on what window I put it in.Now, I put this antenna (KING OA1501 OmniGo) in my backyard to try it out. I got 93 channels with booster on. So I unpluged the booster and re- scanned again - I got 16 channels.I have a 12v tv, which uses 18watts per hour, and with this antenna plugged into my 240 watt jackery solar generator and the TV on, uses 24 watts per hour total. Hence, the antenna booster uses about 6 watts extra. The OmniGo antenna is multi-directional and the flat window antenna is 1 direction, and I would guess thats why less channels. The quality of reception was great! If I could recommend anything? I would request caps attached to the antenna cable ends, to keep dirt out. Most of these antennas will be setup at a campsite, or used for the portability (dragging cables) aspect. Anyway the test was fun...... I would recommend.....

Works well close to stations but not far away, say 50 miles
Easy to set up but doesn’t work well in the mountains

It works!
Recently purchased a travel trailer that has a Winegard antenna. In my driveway (35-40 miles from TV towers) could only get 3 channels with 2 bars of strength on a good day. Sometimes, no signal. On a trip that was about 15-20 miles from towers, received 21 channels, 2 bars of strength. Image froze quite a bit. Purchased the Omnigo and tried it. Received 21 channels, signal strength 4-5 bars! Haven't been on a trip with it yet, but looking forward to it.

Highly Recommend
Excellent product! I purchased this for use in my travel trailer which is situated 50 miles outside the city of Toronto. I’m pulling in 21 stations, mostly HD from as far away as Buffalo NY. Excellent picture quality, limited buffering and NO CABLE COST!!! Highly recommend!

Useless
I’m not sure if there is something defective in this unit or not but it performed way worse than the omnidirectional antenna that came with my trailer. I tested it at home on the included tripod and it received 15 channels compared to 43 on my stock antenna. I live in an area with numerous local channels. I then tested it in a remote area where I was camping. I even elevated it on a 16 ft painters pole attached to my roof ladder. My stock antenna picked up 4 weak channels intermittently. The King received none. I will be returning it!
