Haven't used it yet but seems okay. And may help for my knee and joint pains I was really looking for it.

Been great for me, but use up quickly
I had never tried ashwganda before this purchase, but these have been great. For me, it helps health wise in all the ways that it is recommended. The only negative is that it’s a lot of capsules to take per dose (3) so you use them quickly. Also found a few burst capsules, but the benefits way this out. Found this helpful with endometriosis cramps/symptoms
