Early days yet but can already feel a difference in so far as less pain in hip - hopeful that this combination will take down the inflammation and make walking easier again.

Being a woman of a certain age, who also has an autoimmune disease which means my thermostate is pretty much ruined. I have spent much of the last 15 years "running hot" Researching Hashimoto, and discovering my body has been inflamed for much of this time, I have tried multiple medications and supplements. None of which havd worked. Until now. 2 weeks of taking this supplement and I'm sat here in my pj's with a fluffy dressing gown, because I'm cold. And it's marvelous!! I can already feel my joints relaxing. My body sighing in relief. I truly hope these continue to work their magic.

I'd been on the lookout for more ashwagandha as my old supply was almost out, and then Nutravita came along with this that also contains a bunch of other good stuff (i love turmeric for it's abundance of health benefits anyway, as well as the flavour- and adaptagens are great, i've been taking this for a few days now and i feel calmer, more alert, focused and ready for anything! great product, as usual!
