Q: How soon do we repot these?

They were pretty well rooted when I got them, I waited an additional two weeks before I repotted mine and they are all doing really well.

Q: Why are these plants sent without id chart of label

I have the same problem, but the seller is Amazon and they keep telling me to "please check the website page Near Product Description" to identify the plants. The thing is, I have some plants that weren't on the product description. I've spent hours trying to identify 5 of the unlabeled plants and I can't find the "website page" they want me to find.

Q: Is there a reason why Altman wont respond to someone not 100% satisfied with the condition of received plants?

I am still waiting on a response from them also. Many of the plants I received were poorly handled un-rooted cuttings - not plants. I emailed the address on the included card, and have not heard from them.

Q: How do i identify the plants with no id tag? can i contact someone?

I used an app called Leafsnap. You take a picture and it pops up with possible names.
