Best Value Digital Watch Under ₹1,000
I've been wearing this Skmei watch daily since 2024, and it has been on my wrist through almost everything—driving, dirt biking, farm work, swimming, bathing, and everyday use. I've probably taken it off only 10–15 times in two years. For the price, it's incredibly tough and feels very similar to a Casio in terms of durability. I haven't even needed to replace the battery yet. The unboxing experience was also surprisingly good. Pros: - ✅ Extremely durable and water-resistant. - ✅ Great build quality for under ₹1,000 (even ₹1,200 is worth it). - ✅ Dual time works perfectly, which is useful if you track two time zones (I use India and Europe). - ✅ Bright illumination, smooth stopwatch, timer, and other functions. Cons: - ❌ You must manually adjust the second time zone for daylight saving time (DST). - ❌ The alarm and hourly beep stopped working after some time. - ❌ The color fades slightly with heavy use. Verdict: After 2 years of real-world abuse, this watch is still going strong. If you're looking for a rugged, feature-packed digital watch on a budget, Skmei is hard to beat.

A sustainable price for a casio-like watch
Great value. Hard to have any complaints, but here are some nitpicks: - Analog clock is not present, unlike the casio original - Navigation is not easy. Manual doesn't help much either. - Timer is non-customizable and works in 24hr periods, which sucks. But as someone whose workplace disallows any sort electronics with wifi, its stopwatch helps a ton in counting down breaks.
