Make sure to eat food before taking
I have been very happy with this zinc supplement. I am glad that it’s coated which makes it so much easier to swallow. The pill is large but it doesn’t bother me. Do not take on an empty stomach or it can cause nausea or upset. I’m also happy with the price.

I really like this product as the tablets are coated and easy to swallow. I take this with 3-4oz of Tonic Water every day as the Tonic Water has Quinine in it and that combo is a form of Hydroxychloroquin. I have yet to have so much as a sniffle in well over a year since taking this product!!
