Great product!
Wiring was off from the manufacturer, after some testing to see what actually turned it off and on, works great and use it daily! 3months strong so far!

Works for Maverick
I got this for my husband to install in our 2024 Ford Maverick. We went on a 7 hour road trip with our three children and it was perfect! It was delivered the day before we left and it took him 30 to 45 minutes to install. The hardest part was getting the old one off. It worked and kept our 3 children happy! There’s a YouTube video that shows you exactly how to install and what materials to buy.

easy to install and works great
We added a couple of these car charger adapters into our F450 (that pulls a large RV). So we have a lot of long travel days. These work great, we just have to remember to turn them on and off with the little push button. Took less than 30 minutes to install and good to go. The blue light is helpful to be able to tell if the adapter is turned on or not.

More like 50W, but doesn’t get too hot
This isn’t too bad, but it’s more like 50W because the voltage starts dropping off a bit after that in my load testing.Fortunately it doesn’t seem to get too hot even under sustained maximum load. It would be better if it were made of aluminum instead of plastic but the mass of the plastic seems to be good enough to deal with the heat. And it actually defaults to on so it’s suitable for use in vehicles connected to switched circuits.Should be good enough as long as it isn’t used all day every day. If you need to drive around like the cops with a laptop or tablet in a stand all day then you will need something heavier like a laptop vendor’s dc power supply.

Works as it should.
Great quality works as it should. All depends how well you are at electrical.

07-13 GMC Sierra
These are an exact fit for 07-13 Sierra’s, just pop out the old cigarette lighters and put these in. Then all you have to do is hook up a hot and negative to them. Time will tell but I love them so far, they flush mounted perfectly and the blue led backlighting looks great. They also have a small button on them to switch them on and off. Anyways, I never write reviews but everything about these worked perfectly so they earned it.

Almost a great product (updated review)
03/09/2023 Update:The vendor reached out to me offering a full refund. While I would not mind the money back in my account, I do not comfortable doing so, The product works, just not necessarily the way I expected it to work.Changing my rating to a 5 - most vendors never really about the customer. This seems to be different here. Changing my rating from 3 stars to a 5 due to high level of customer service.Easy to install, and it works once you push the power button. And that brings me to the reason why I am not able to give it a 5-Star rating. You have to push the power button every time you turn on the engine. Every time. That is too easy to forget and makes it cumbersome to use.

Works great!
I know others complain about this, but I love that it has to be switched on each time you start the car because I installed this in a classic car that doesn't get driven every day. This feature prevents parasitic draw and an unexpected dead battery. Just what I was after.

Great
Works perfectly. Installed it in the rear in my Tacoma since the rear seats don’t have any usb outlets.

Questionable lifespan
It works (so far). I have had it on my dual sport for about 30 hours worth of riding. There's no way the "waterproof" cap will last. Eventually it will break off. There's no way to secure it while you're riding and something is plugged in (like your phone or GPS) so it's just flapping around like the lips on a basset hound with it's head out the car window. If you are riding in wet weather or dusty conditions you're either going to get water or dust in the open sockets. You're getting what you paid for.
