A: Yes.  You may use it as either motor or generator.

**Q: Can I connect small toy propellers ?**
A: Yes. You will need to match the shaft size to the hole in your propeller ... or use a little super glue or other way to make propeller snug.

**Q: Could a 9v battery connect to this using double ended alligator clips?**
A: Yep that’s what I did
