When my order was taking a bit longer than I anticipated, I sent an inquiry. Allison immediately started tracking it down. She discovered that the carrier had in fact “lost” my package and there was no tracking info entered for my tracking number. She wrote to let me know and in her message she said she would send another one out along with a little lagniappe. Then a personal situation arose that delayed her shipping a replacement by a couple of days (not weeks or months, just a few days) so she wrote to tell me that she was refunding my purchase price, shipping the original order, and a little lagniappe! Wow, did she ever!!!!! My gracious, I have never been treated so well by any company!Second, the products are fabulous! Well made, absolutely adorable, and wide range of sizes. As a New Orleanian now living in AL, it brings a little bit of home, therefore a little bit of joy, whenever I see them. Our Lhasa Apso and Scottish Terrier are in love! The toys have held up to hours of consistent playing and sleeping. The blue crab and Voodo dog are their favorites! I couldn’t be more pleased. We will purchase again to replace ours should we need to do so, but I will be purchasing as gifts for friends! That is the biggest compliment I can give a product.Third, please do not be misled by a couple of reviews posted about the quality. They are simply untrue. What does one expect when you give a plush toy (no matter how well made) to a power chewer!?! Chewing is indicative of puppies, so to give a plush toy to a large breed with so much strength and power in their jaws, and then blame the product is asinine. Those breeds need chew toys specifically designed to accommodate their chew power, like a “Kong” or something of that nature.
