This steamer is amazing. It has many options for Heat control. My Mother in law used to it. Bcoz she loved face glow after using steamer. Worth it. Till now no issues in this. Design was slick and easy to use.

Product works fine, it’s since product but the real headache is when this stops working. No customer support, useless customer service!

Steamer was not working from very start so i reached their customer care for that and they assisted me well and helped me in resolving my issue

Watertank is loose
The watertank wont "click". So the watertank is loose when you put the water. Paying a lot for this product and to be disappointed is diabolical.
