I love these, used them a few years ago, and they kicked started my hair growth and health, after a really bad stressful time in my life. I just started taking these gummies again and happy I bought them. I think they taste like the fruit roll ups from the 80’s I used to get in school, so I like the taste. I take Nordic naturals omega pills and iron pills and so thought these gummies would be easier to take than more pills. Definitely noticed a difference with these in my energy and overall health. I’m on the weight loss medicine, so wanted to get as many vitamins in my body as possible due to reduced food intake. They’re easy to take because they’re gummies, and the taste is not bad in my opinion.

I don't want to waste my money either, so be assured this was not solicited. This works really well for me and I highly recommend it. Reputable company and I have confidence in the ingredients (read the ingredients list and you will see what I mean - all natural). I have purchases this several times and recently got my husband using it as well. The taste isn't anything fantastic, but it is palatable and not bad. (I don't like berry very much - I wish they offered other flavors). With that said, for me to say that it is good, is a BIG deal. I only take 2 every day as opposed to the recommended 4. I am 54 years old and just am tired of swallowing pills. I like the gummy option and these have no corn syrup or bad products - reputable company. They have a lot of other ingredients in them that you don't find in other more "popular" brands. This fits my lifestyle better as it is organic. Soft, easy to chew/swallow, pleasant smell and taste, a bit chalky, but not bad for a gummy, a nice "treat" to have right before bed. I will continue using these until they come out in other flavors.

A very nice organically produced all-around women’s multi vitamin. Largely sourced from real food. Good for post-menopausal women with no iron added. I deducted one star for one thing only: flavor. They do not taste good by any stretch. It’s not stopping me from taking them, but I sure don’t look forward to it!

This chewable Garden of Life “My Kind” women’s 40+ multivitamin is my favorite multivitamin, and the chewable form makes it easier for me to stay consistent. Plus, I digest it well with no stomach upset unlike like a lot of capsule and tablet form multivitamins. Unlike most multivitamins, this is a whole food organic supplement derived from real organic fruit and food sources rather being a chemical formulation. The Daily Values of vitamins and minerals seem comprehensive, though we all have individual needs that may require added supplements. I always take at least an additional 1000 IUs of Vitamin D3 (or a combined calcium/D3 supplement) as this has 800 IUs of D3 from lichen and I easily get deficient in D3 (as shown by a simple blood test) if I don’t regularly take 2000 IUs of Vitamin D3. These are easy to chew and the taste and texture reminds me of fruit leather in a gum drop shape and don’t seem as sugary as other pectin chewable vitamins amd don’t have a sugary coating. These do have 5 grams of sugar a dose (4 gummies) but don’t taste too sweet and 4 grams of sugar are from the fruit. The berry flavor tastes fruity and good. This is a vegan/vegetarian supplement that’s organic, nonGMO, kosher, soy, dairy and gluten free, and it’s made in Germany. While I can never vouch for the purity of any supplement, this Garden Of Life supplement lacks filler found in other vitamins and agrees well with me. It seems superior to the other chewable multivitamins I’ve used in the past. 5 stars.

These gummies are magnificent! I’ve noticed a huge improvement in my overall well-being. My skin has a healthy glow, my face looks brighter, my mood is great, and the taste is absolutely delicious. The serving size of four is perfect, and I feel satisfied after having them. I have also been taking their turmeric gummies in addition to these. I've noticed that when I don't take these multivitamins, I start to go downhill a bit. You can tell a lot of care went into creating these gummies. The organic fruit and vegetable ingredients really set them apart — unlike some other brands that don’t put in as much effort. I hope they always keep selling their amazing products.

I've been taking these for about six months now and I am very happy with the product. even with the high percentage of B12 in these I still take a daily B12 spray. I am vegan so it is important to me that I don't eat gelatin, and most gummies contain gelatin. The taste is a little different at first, kind of like a medicinal fruit leather. But the texture is soft and easy to chew. It only took me a day or two to get used to them and now I love how they taste. One reviewer mentioned mold but I have not had that problem. If you live in a humid climate you might, but my climate is fairly dry and they keep just fine on my kitchen counter throughout winter and summer. I have noticed that at the bottom of the jar the gummies can stick together and it's difficult to get them out, so I just squeeze the outside of the bottle and they pop right out. Overall, I am very happy with these and will continue with my monthly subscription for the forseeable future :-)

I was looking forward to trying these...but the smell, consistency and taste aren't appealing to me. Great ingredients, well respected brand, nice size serving. However, I'll look for a similar supplement in a veg capsule or other form next time. The gummy was bumpy? not smooth. To me the taste and smell are that of a vitamin; the only thing "berry" was the color and ingredient(s). Sorry to say I was hoping for a better experience for the cost.
